Jeanne Byrd Adams is the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Internal Communications at Christian Dior Couture. Prior to her current role, Jeanne was the Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Talent and Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion for the Institutional Securities Group at Morgan Stanley. Prior to her corporate work, Jeanne spent 9 years at Year Up, a non-profit where she worked closely with Youth Represent to support and educate program participants. With over 15 years in non-profit, social service, and program management, Jeanne has dedicated her life to serving people and being a connection to opportunities. Jeanne is a graduate of Howard University School of Social Work (Master of Social Work) and Spelman College (BA, Psychology). Jeanne is a wife, mother, daughter, and aunt born and raised in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
